Joey started managing family owned rental property in 2006. During this time, he became very familiar with the leased housing section 8 aspect of property management. In 2011, he acquired his Alabama Real Estate Salesperson License and began assisting sellers, buyers and investment property owners with their real estate needs. In August 2016 he acquired his Alabama Real Estate Broker License and opened Double Oak Realty, LLC where he is the Qualifying Broker. Joey has two children, Jack & Mary-Grace. He is married to Melissa and they live in Pelham, AL.
